How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → 940 Saturdays, or tap this link on your iPhone: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep premium access until then.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com within the window Apple allows.

I lost my subscription after reinstalling the app.

Open the paywall or Settings and tap Restore purchases. This re-queries StoreKit for your active entitlement.

How do I delete a child or reset my data?

Tap the ⚙️ gear on the home screen. Tap a child's row to edit or delete just that child. Scroll to the bottom for Reset all data, which wipes everything and returns you to onboarding. This cannot be undone.

Why doesn't the app notify me?

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → 940 Saturdays. The app only schedules notifications once you've granted permission. Notifications are intentionally suppressed during your declared family-time window.

I changed our schedule. How do I update it?

Open Settings in the app and edit the times under Daily routine. Saving any time automatically reschedules your notifications.

Can I use this with more than one child?

Yes — Premium subscribers can add multiple children. Each child has their own streak, prompts, memories, and recaps. Switch between them with the tabs on the home screen.

Is my data backed up to iCloud?

Not currently. All data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, your data is gone. iCloud sync is on our roadmap.

Why 940?

A child experiences roughly 940 Saturdays between birth and age 18. It's a small number — and most of them pass without us noticing.
